Share links
Upload a video and share a URL, group videos into a folder link, and brand the page.
Instead of exporting a file and sending it, Screenify can upload the video and give you a link.
Share a video
In the export dialog choose Shareable link instead of MP4. Screenify renders, uploads, and hands you a URL.
Anyone with the link can watch in a browser. There is nothing to download and no account needed to view.
You can give the link a title in the export dialog — worth doing, since that's what people see at the top of the page and in link previews.
Share a folder
A single link that holds several videos — a release walkthrough, a set of bug repros, everything from one project.
Share a folder from the dashboard and you get one URL showing all the videos inside it. Add a video to the folder later and it appears on the same link; you don't have to resend anything.
Branding
On a link page you can control:
- Your logo
- A name beside it
- Where clicking the logo goes
- Whether "Made with Screenify Studio" shows
- The tab title and icon
- The play button colour
Branding applies on your own domain. On screenify.studio links, pages carry Screenify's branding.
Your own domain
Point a subdomain of your own — share.yourcompany.com — at Screenify, and your links live there instead of on screenify.studio.
Available on Pro Annual, Pro Lifetime and Pro+. Setup is one DNS record plus a verification record. See Custom domain.
Your existing screenify.studio links keep working.
View counts
Each video shows how many times it has been watched. Opening your own dashboard doesn't count.
Free plan limits
| Free | Pro | |
|---|---|---|
| Active links | 3 | Unlimited |
| Link lifetime | 7 days | Permanent |

An expired free link stops serving the video. The recording on your Mac is untouched — you can re-share it.
