No microphone, no quiet room, no fifth take. AI Voiceover reads your script in a clear, natural voice and puts the passage exactly where the screen needs it.
Punctuation shapes the delivery: a comma pauses, a question rises, a blank line takes a breath. Need an exact gap? Insert pause drops in a [pause:1s] you can lengthen.
Open the Voice Library, play any voice before you choose, filter by quality and character, and star the ones you come back to.
Slower, Natural or Faster for each passage. The pitch stays natural, so a quick read never sounds sped up.
The passage lands at the playhead, right after the passage before it, or wherever you right-clicked. Change a word later, swap the voice, and regenerate it in place.
The script is the transcript, so there is nothing to transcribe and nothing to correct. Turn on Subtitle and captions land on the Caption track, timed to the voice. Edit the script and they follow.
US and British English lead the list, with Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, French, Hindi, Italian and Portuguese. Generation runs in the background, so you keep editing while it works.
Sound like yourself on every video without ever doing a retake. Read one short passage aloud, about 15 seconds, and Screenify Studio builds a voice that is yours. It shows up next to the 54 built-in voices. Pick it, type a script, and the passage lands on the timeline like any other.
Click an empty spot on the Voiceover track and choose Record. The preview plays, you speak, and the take lands exactly where you started. Screenify Studio mutes the project while you talk, so the mic only hears you.
The laptop fan, the air conditioning, the hum you stopped hearing, the keyboard you type on mid-demo. Turn on Noise Reduction in the Audio tab and Screenify Studio cleans it out of your microphone track and the voiceovers you record. No Krisp, no Audacity, no round trip to another app.
Standard is fast, built into the app, and on every plan. Studio gives a cleaner voice and works harder on fans and keyboards. It downloads once, about 9 MB, the first time you pick it. On the free plan you can try Studio in the preview; Pro puts it in your export, and free exports still go out cleaned with Standard.
Light keeps your voice most natural and leaves a little noise. Medium removes most of it. Strong removes the most, and your voice may sound a little thinner. Pick by ear.
Screenify Studio cleans the audio once into a separate file and never touches the original. Switch it off and you hear the original straight away. What you hear in the preview is what you export.
Noise Reduction is built for steady sound. Other people talking nearby are a voice too, so a busy café still calls for a quieter corner. It is off until you turn it on, and one setting covers every mic in the project.
Most AI voice tools are websites. You upload, wait for a server, download the audio, then line it up by hand in your editor. Screenify Studio does the whole thing on your Mac, inside the editor where your recording already is.
Unreleased features, client names, internal tools: the script that describes them is never sent anywhere. Neither is the 15-second sample behind your cloned voice.
Voices, voice cloning and Studio noise reduction each download once. After that you can narrate with the Wi-Fi off.
Re-record lesson three without booking a quiet hour. Fix the line in the script, regenerate, and the voice matches lessons one and two exactly.
Screen recording with narration →Script the value line once, then record the clicks. The narration and the subtitles land in step with the screen.
AI Voiceover, step by step →Keep one recording and add narration in Spanish, French, Japanese and six more. Each language gets its own passage and its own subtitles.
How the Voiceover track works →Write the script at your own pace, check every word, and let a native-sounding voice read it. Or record yourself and redo just the sentence you stumbled on.
Record a voiceover while the video plays →ElevenLabs is excellent at voice. If you need hundreds of voices, a wide emotional range, or dubbing into many languages at once, use it.
If you are narrating screen recordings, Screenify Studio gets you there faster: the voice is generated on your Mac, lands on the timeline of the recording, and arrives with subtitles. Your scripts stay private, and Pro is available as a one-time $149 lifetime license.
Free gives you recorded and imported voiceovers, Standard noise reduction, and the full AI toolkit to try: every voice, your cloned voice and Studio noise reduction, all playing in your preview.
Pro puts AI narration, your cloned voice and Studio noise reduction into the exported video. It also takes off the watermark and lifts free exports from 1080p and 5 minutes per video to 4K and any length. Monthly, yearly, or a $149 lifetime license.
You can try all of it free. Write a script, generate it with any of the 54 voices or your own cloned voice, and hear it in your video. Exporting a video with AI narration is part of Pro, which is monthly, yearly, or a $149 lifetime license. Recording and importing your own voiceover is on the free plan.
Yes. Each part downloads once: about 120 MB for the AI voices, about 565 MB for the voice-cloning engine, and about 9 MB for Studio noise reduction. After that it all runs on your Mac with no connection.
Yes. In the AI Voiceover tab, click Create your voice and read a short passage aloud, about 15 seconds. Your voice joins the list next to the 54 built-in ones, and from then on you just type. Voice cloning is English only for now, and the voice never leaves your Mac.
Nine: US English, British English, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, French, Hindi, Italian and Portuguese. English has the most voices to choose from. A cloned voice speaks English.
Yes, steady noise: fans, air conditioning, hum and keyboard clicks. Turn on Noise Reduction in the Audio tab and it cleans your microphone track and any voiceover you record in Screenify Studio. Other people talking nearby is still a voice, so a busy café is not something it can remove.
Yes. For AI narration, turn on Subtitle and the captions come straight from your script, timed to the voice, and they update when you regenerate. For a take you recorded, one click transcribes it onto the Caption track.
No. The voices run on your Mac, so your script, your recorded takes and your voice sample stay on your device. Nothing is sent to a server to generate the audio.
Not yet. Noise Reduction works on audio you record with Screenify Studio: the microphone in your screen recording and voiceovers you record in the editor. Audio inside an imported video plays as it is.
