Fixes for titles and graphics in the preview

A small follow-up to 2.6.0.

Titles and graphics now follow the timeline when you hover it. Moving the mouse across the timeline shows the frame at that point, but Text and Graphics stayed on the playhead's frame instead. They now show what the video has at the point you hover, and so does the Light & Shadow motion.
A selected title or graphic no longer covers the preview while it plays. When a Text or Graphics segment was selected, it stayed on screen, faded, even while the video played or you hovered the timeline somewhere else. It now only shows that faded preview when playback is paused, so you can still move and edit it.
The template and icon pickers are easier to read. Group names, the search box and template names were hard to see over a bright video.
