v2.5.0

Screenify Studio v2.5.0

Animated titles for your demos

Type a title, pick how it moves in and how it looks, and drop it anywhere on your timeline. Titles stay sharp on top of device mockups, zoom and 3D, and export exactly as you see them.

What's New

  • Text track — A new track for titles and on-screen text. Type a line, drag it where it belongs on the timeline, and double-click it in the preview to edit it in place.
  • Moves by block, word or letter — Rise, Swing, Typewriter, Word Pop, Letter Drop and more for how a title comes in and goes out, plus an optional slow drift while it holds.
  • One-click styles — Clean, Bold, Boxed, Outline, Glow, Gradient, Pill, Marker, Neon, Ocean, Tag and Sticker, for new text or the one you have selected. Or set it up yourself: gradient fill, outline, background box, shadow and glow.
  • Any font on your Mac — More fonts… lists every font you have installed.
  • Fit into free space — Text can place itself in the empty space beside your recording, so it never covers what you're showing (without a mockup, or with a 2D mockup or Browser Frame).
  • Always on top — Titles stay put while the camera zooms or tilts, and sit above the device in every mockup mode.
  • New looks without an update — New animations and styles arrive from our side as we make them.
  • Titles from the command line and AI assistants — Exports from the screenify command and from Claude now include your animated text, exactly as in the app. An assistant can also add a title for you: "put a title 'Launch day' at the start". See Command Line.

Fixes

  • Watermark, captions and camera were missing from multi-device and 3D mockup exports. Since 2.1.4, a multi-device scene exported without its watermark, captions and camera bubble, and so did an iPhone / Mac 3D mockup when the watermark used the Full style (the default). They are back, matching the preview — so a project in one of those modes will look different if you export it again.
  • Recording a new take at the start of a project now moves Voiceover, Photo Motion and Collage along with everything else. They used to stay where they were and fall out of step with the video.
