v2.0.3
Screenify Studio v2.0.3
Put anything on a device screen
Device mockups can now show a still image or a video instead of your recording — a design mockup, an App Store preview, artwork — and the timeline effects you add still land on it.
Added
- Screen content: Recording, Video or Image — pick what plays on the device screen in the Mockup tab, with cover / contain / fill so it sits the way you want. Works on flat frames and 3D mockups, in the preview and the export.
- Zoom, mask, callout and cinematic focus apply to imported content too — a callout magnifies the image you placed, not the recording hidden underneath.
- Dynamic Island on 3D iPhones — draw one on device models that don't have it, so an imported screenshot still looks like a real phone. Off by default, per device.
Fixed
- The cursor is back on MacBook mockups — turning on a Mac frame hid the pointer entirely in the preview, while exports still showed it.
- MacBook mockups draw your actual cursor — style, color, size and rotation, instead of a generic arrow. iPhone mockups already did.
- Cursor, click rings and click sounds switch off when the screen shows an image or video — the pointer belongs to the recording, so it no longer clicks on a still.
- Dynamic Island sits at the right height on iPhone models — it was one pill-height too low.
- Multi-device scenes tell you when effects have nowhere to land — if every device shows an image or video, zoom, mask and callout have no recording to apply to; the stage now says so instead of silently dropping them.
