Screenify Studio v1.6.3
Web-Ready Exports & Steadier Simulator Recording
A small but useful patch: exported MP4s now start playing instantly when streamed from the web, and iOS Simulator recordings no longer get truncated to 10 seconds on the timeline.
Improved
- MP4s play instantly on the web — Exported videos now stream progressively on Twitter, Slack, Discord, and any CDN — playback starts immediately instead of waiting for the entire file to download. The fix piggybacks on the existing audio mix pass, so export time and quality are completely unchanged. Applies to both export engines and to GIF/WebP outputs.
Fixed
- iOS Simulator recordings show the correct length — Stopping a simulator recording occasionally caused the editor timeline to cap the segment at 10 seconds, regardless of how long you actually recorded. The video file itself was always correct — only the timeline view was clipped. The recording length is now tracked from the moment you press record, so the segment always matches reality even when the file metadata isn't immediately readable.
