Playback Speed & Editor Fixes

A reliability update that fixes playback speed behavior and improves timeline editing consistency.

Speed Change Consistency — All timeline effects (zoom, annotations, keystrokes, camera layouts, captions, callouts, masks, 3D transforms, and music) now correctly reposition when you change a clip's playback speed
Speed Preview Accuracy — Timeline effects now appear at the correct moment during playback at speeds other than 1x
Trim & Delete Cascade — Callout and music regions now properly shift when trimming video, matching the behavior of all other effect types
Spacebar at End — Pressing spacebar when the playhead is at the end of the timeline now correctly restarts playback from the beginning
