  • Music Library — Browse and add music from a curated library of 18 royalty-free tracks across 6 categories: Ambient, Corporate, Cinematic, Lo-Fi, Upbeat, and Electronic. Tracks stream on demand and cache locally for instant replay
  • Smart Music Add — Adding music to your timeline is now intelligent. It detects duplicates, auto-appends when there's room, and offers replace options when swapping tracks — no more manual trimming
  • Video Backgrounds — 21 real video backgrounds across Particles, Nature, and Abstract categories, replacing placeholder content with high-quality loops from Pexels
  • Creator Attribution — Music tracks and video backgrounds now display author credits with links, giving proper recognition to the creators behind the content
  • Native Menu Bar — A full macOS menu bar with File, Edit, View, Window, and Help menus for a more native app experience
  • Enhanced Recent Projects — Search through your projects, paginate large lists, duplicate existing projects, or delete ones you no longer need — all from the Welcome Screen

  • Faster Wallpaper Browsing — The wallpaper grid now loads pre-generated thumbnails (~8KB each) instead of full-size images (500KB–5MB), making the settings panel feel instant
  • Consistent File Naming — All bundled wallpapers have been renamed to a clean, consistent format for better reliability across updates
  • Smarter Category Tabs — Selecting a wallpaper from a different category now auto-switches to the correct tab, so you always know where you are

  • Microphone on First Launch — Fixed a race condition that prevented the microphone from auto-enabling when launching Screenify for the very first time
  • Custom Wallpaper Persistence — Uploaded wallpapers now correctly persist across sessions instead of reverting to the default
  • Welcome Screen Thumbnails — Fixed a path issue that prevented project thumbnails from generating on the Welcome Screen
  • System Tray Quit — Clicking "Quit" from the system tray icon now properly exits the app instead of leaving it running in the background
