v1.19.1
Screenify Studio v1.19.1
Natural Pacing for AI Voiceover
A follow-up polish to 1.19.0: narration now breathes the way your script reads.
Improved
- Paragraphs pause naturally — Leave a blank line between paragraphs and the narration takes a short breath there. Imported .txt / .md scripts pace themselves automatically.
- Exact pauses where you want them — Type
[pause:2s]anywhere in your script — or click the new "Insert pause" button — to add a precise moment of silence, perfect for waiting out an on-screen animation. - Punctuation shapes the read — Ellipses trail off, question marks rise, exclamation marks add energy, and a dash makes a beat. A new "Pacing guide" in the composer shows every trick at a glance.
- Captions stay in sync — Script-generated subtitles account for pauses, so they never drift — and pause markers never appear in them.
Fixed
- Dashes are no longer ignored — A spaced dash (" - ") in a script previously produced no pause at all; it now reads as a natural beat.
